Engagement

One instrument. Multiple ways to engage.

The Momentum Index is delivered as a managed service. Run it once or on a recurring cadence, with one function or the broader GTM organization. The instrument, analysis, dashboard, and executive readout are managed for you.

The process

Four steps from question to readout.

The process is calibrated to the company and the decision at hand without creating a heavy lift for participants. It gives product and GTM leaders a shared view they can use to discuss direction more constructively.

01   Calibrate

We define the business question, participating functions, reporting groups, and timing. The instrument is tuned to the company and the product decision being examined.

02   Collect

Participants complete a focused, confidential assessment. Questions vary by function so people respond to what they can reasonably observe.

03   Analyze

Responses are aggregated across the six drivers. The analysis examines patterns, differences across functions, open comments, and changes from earlier runs.

04   Read out

Leadership receives the dashboard and a guided discussion of the findings, including areas of confidence, divergence, concern, and opportunity. Recurring engagements compare the signal over time and create a regular point of connection between product and GTM leadership.

Confidentiality

Designed for candid participation.

Responses are collected confidentially and findings are reported in aggregate. Leadership does not receive named answers or respondent-level exports.

Minimum reporting groups are agreed before launch. Open comments are reviewed and identifying details are removed before anything is shared. Technology may assist that review, but a person determines what appears in the final readout.

Scope and cadence

One service, configured to fit the question.

There are two practical choices: who should participate and whether leadership needs a one-time read or an ongoing measure.

Scope

One function or broader GTM

Focus on sales, marketing, customer success, or solutions engineering, or include several functions to compare how each sees product direction.

Cadence

One-time or recurring

Use one run to establish a baseline around a roadmap or strategic moment. Repeat it when leadership needs to understand whether confidence and alignment are changing.

First engagement

Start with a short walkthrough.

See the instrument and dashboard, discuss the question you need answered, and determine whether the service fits.

01

20-minute walkthrough

We show you the instrument, dashboard, and example findings. By the end, you should know whether the service is relevant to your situation.

02

Scoping conversation

If there is a fit, we define the participating teams, timing, reporting groups, and business question. The outcome is a clear proposed engagement.

03

Run the instrument

From kickoff to executive readout is typically 2–4 weeks for a one-time engagement. Recurring work follows a cadence matched to roadmap and planning cycles.
